Breakthrough Taster Day
One day to find direction and map your path to breakthrough.
What Is It?
Our Breakthrough Taster Day is a focused day (max 8 participants) to understand your challenge and create a clear path forward to breakthrough.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is grappling with a current work, life or relationship challenge. For example, a career change, a difficult professional or personal relationship, a persistent behavioural pattern that prevents forward momentum, or simply feeling stuck.
It's also a great opportunity to explore whether our 4 Day Programmes in France or Scotland are the right path forward for you.
How does it work?
Our Taster Day will take you on a deep-level journey into your challenge, help you identify some of the psychological forces that underpin it, and support you to develop a solution-focussed plan for next steps.
By the end of the day you will have developed:
-
Clarity on your challenge.
-
Insight into psychological drivers.
-
Newfound direction.
-
Plan for next steps.
“The combination of group work, creative sessions and psychological guidance were very effective. By the end, I felt capable of moving forwards.”

Mark, Creative Director
“It was excellent - thought-provoking and inspiring. The holistic approach helped me look at my challenge afresh”
